Your customers get an answer. Not one you have to write.
Aibertus answers on your business number using only the facts you approved — and hands the conversation to a person the moment it should. Set it up in an afternoon, without a developer.
No setup fee. No card to start. Your inbox and your contacts stay yours.
What it was allowed to say
How it works
Three ways in. One inbox.
Connect whichever channels you already use. Everything lands in the same place, and the assistant behaves the same way on all of them.
It answers on its own
Connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta in about two minutes. You stay the owner of the account; we are only authorised to answer on it. Nights, weekends and the middle of service are covered.
It writes, you send
On a personal WhatsApp nothing is ever sent for you. The assistant drafts the reply and opens WhatsApp with it ready — you read it and press send yourself.
Instagram and Messenger too
For many businesses Instagram is now the busiest inbox they have. It runs on the same Meta connection, so if WhatsApp is already on, most of this is done.
The part that matters
It can only say what you approved.
Most of the damage an AI does to a small business is a confident wrong answer: a price it invented, a promise nobody can keep. Aibertus is built the other way round.
- Approved factsPrices, hours, policies and details you entered or confirmed. The assistant may state these. It may not state anything else.
- Anything elseIt says it will check, and the question lands in your console. Answer it once and it becomes a fact it can use from then on.
- Read your sitePoint it at your website and it proposes what it found. Nothing is saved until you tick it.
- DisclosureTell customers they are talking to an assistant, in their own language. In the EU this is not optional, so it is switched on by default there.
Who answers
You decide when a person takes over.
Set this once, before a single message is answered. Most businesses want the assistant covering the night and a person covering the day; some want exactly the opposite, because their staff are on the floor.
Opening hours
Always, only outside your hours, or only during them — in your own timezone, per day of the week.
Words that always reach a person
Refund, lawyer, complaint — whatever this business has been burned by. Whole words only, so “law” does not fire on “flawless”.
A limit on going round in circles
After a set number of replies without the conversation closing, it hands over rather than trying again.
Your team
Invite colleagues by WhatsApp number. Agents get the inbox; only owners and admins can change how the assistant behaves.
What you see
Four numbers, answered honestly.
Including the ones that are not flattering. The report also shows every time the assistant stayed quiet, and the rule that decided it.
Example figures — your own report shows the last 30 days of your account.
For developers
Everything the console does, your software can do too.
API keys with read, write and send scopes. Signed webhooks when a customer writes, when we reply, when a conversation needs a person, when someone rates you. Failed deliveries are retried for six hours.

Pricing
Free for fourteen days. No setup fee.
Plans are priced per market and billed by the conversation, not the message — one customer in a month is one conversation however many times they write. Prices are shown in your own currency when you sign in.
Going over does not stop anything. Each conversation past your plan's allowance is charged at a small fixed rate, shown next to every plan in your own currency, and added to that month's bill. The assistant never goes quiet because of a limit, and nobody is moved to a bigger plan without asking.
What every plan includes
- WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger
- Approved facts, handover rules and opening hours
- Team members, with roles
- Campaigns to customers who opted in
- API keys and signed webhooks
- Export everything, any time, as one file
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Do I need a Facebook Business account?
For a business number, yes — WhatsApp Business is Meta’s product and the connection runs through your own Facebook account. You keep ownership; we are only authorised to answer. If you would rather not, connect a personal number instead and the assistant will draft replies for you to send.
Will it invent a price?
It cannot. The assistant may only state facts you have approved. Anything else, it says it will check, and the question appears in your console for you to answer once.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. Every conversation past the allowance is charged at the per-conversation rate shown next to your plan and added to that month's bill, so a busy month costs a little more and changes nothing else. The console warns you before you get there and again once you are over, with the running total. If it keeps happening, moving up a plan costs less than paying the extra.
What happens after 24 hours?
WhatsApp only allows a free reply within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that only a template Meta has approved can be delivered. Name yours in the console and it is used automatically instead of the message silently failing.
Is it legal in Europe?
Since August 2026 the EU AI Act requires telling a person they are dealing with an AI at the first message, so disclosure is on by default for European accounts. You can also set a retention limit, after which message text is deleted and only who wrote and when remains.
Can I leave?
Whenever you like, and you take everything with you — every conversation, contact and fact, as one file. There is no setup fee and no exit fee.
